  This Menards is like any other Menards meaning they receive, consolidate, and sell all goods in a friendly and helpful (to an extent) manner. The employees working here all do there jobs as they should and the managers go out of there way to help customers just as everyday protocol would suggest. The bathrooms are CLEAN most of the time and the place looks as tidy as it can even when remodeling. The receiving and outside yard employees are efficient.

  I had buying my materials for my business and personal for many years and many thousands of dollars. Today I felt there was a lack of customer service at the order desk. I wanted 2-indoor white metal panels for a small project and the person helping me was having a little trouble locating it on computer. So she had ask a person that seemed to be in the know. He was not as helpful to her or to me as I felt he could be, left us hanging. I Just felt that it was not handled in a correct manner as an owner of a Commercial Company.
