  Very pleased with the quality of work of the contracted installers for our kitchen remodel. Both Gale (flooring) and Eric (tile) did excellent work, with great attention to detail. The whole project took a bit longer than we expected, however (almost 2.5 months from the date of our original deposit to project completion). The total amount of actual time involved in the project was less than 3 work days-- one day for flooring, 2 half days for tile, and a half day for countertops. Disappointing that better scheduling couldn't have compressed that. But we are very satisfied with the quality of work and the outcome of the project.

  Thank you, Amanda, for your personalized attention to us. After the installation is completed, I'll let you know how everything went. This is just the first step in our remodeling, so we will probably be seeing a lot of each other!
