  Our furnace went out last night. After waiting over two hours for another company’s rapid response team to call me back, I placed a call at midnight to Comfort By Design. A REAL person answered the phone and I had a technician call me back within 5 minutes. He helped my husband trouble shoot over the phone and come up with a plan. Was SO thankful for the fast response and the helpfulness of the technician!!! Will call back again!!!!

  ABSOLUTELY Poor warranty on furnace, poor installed with issues they caused of water damage from AC drain. They will not fix there work. Furnace failed in less then 2 years and they only give a 1 year warranty on a 20 plus year appliance. Was installed thru west cap. Both won't take any responsibility or accountability for the damage from the in proper install and water damage. DO NOT USE, POOR SERVICE. AND VERY POOR WARRANTY, LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  We had a small issue with one of their service calls but they worked with us and we came to an agreement that we both were happy with. I would use them again.
